Our client is looking to hire a high-performing Digital Ad Sales Manager to help them meet their customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by selling programmatic advertising campaigns to prospective clients that include digital agencies, startups, healthcare, real estate, e-commerce, among others. <br /><br />The ideal candidate should be able to independently drive advertising revenue across managed service platforms, including display ads, search ads, social ads, native ads, retargeting ads and video ads. <br /><br />Are you passionate about advertising technology and media, and how it can help organizations today? If yes, please apply!<br /><br />The job – <br />Achieve growth and hit sales targets independently by successfully designing and implementing a strategic sales process, from lead generation and value creation to negotiation and execution<br />Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status in programmatic advertising technology business. <br />Work closely with digital media agencies to run digital campaigns for their customers using managed service platform<br />Consult clients on how specific types of programmatic ad will help promote their brands, products, services, initiatives and events effectively. <br />Understand client needs, objectives and prepare the media brief and Advertising KPIs<br />Liaise closely with the Regional Manager to provide clients with estimates for advertising campaigns<br /><br /><br />RequirementsBachelors in IT or MarCom degree in business administration or a related field<br />Successful previous experience as a Digital Ad Sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets in a reputed agency for more than 2 years<br />3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or SaaS<br />Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences<br />Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization<br />Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close<br />Strong business sense and industry expertise<br />Familiar with Hubspot CRM<br /><br /><br />BenefitsOpportunity for career progression in a regional role<br />Attractive salary + Commission + Bonus + Benefits<br /><br /><br /> Job Details Posted Date: 2020-08-27 Job Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Job Role: Sales Company Industry: Advertising Monthly Salary: US $3,000 Joining Date: 2020-08-27 Preferred Candidate Career Level: Mid Career Degree: Bachelor’s degree Click here to Apply
