General Pipeline Superintendent – The C.A.T. Group of Companies

Job Summary:

1. Direct and monitor the total supervision of all operations on site

2. Monitor the project progress.

3. Ensure that the supervisors are implementing what is on the

Drawings.

4. Ensure that the quality of work are met and the availability of

Materials is secured.

5. Coordinate and Plan all Construction Jobs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee all the Construction Process.

2. Organizing the workers and ensuring that they are performing as required.

3. Supervise, direct, run and monitor the total supervision of all operations on sites.

4. General Inspection of the workers and their performance and safety.

5. Ensuring that the stipulated safety rules and regulations are met.

6. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.

7. Supervise the Sub-contractors and ensure that they are punctual with respect to deadlines and delivery.

8. Follows the project construction process to ensure that it is completed in time.

9. Effectively apply standards of the client.

10. To write and Submit Project Progress report in liaison with the Foreman.

11. Any other duty/task as assigned/requested by the project manager.
