PROFILE DESCRIPTION: 

1. Monitor and analyze Network performance, trends, Network Health & region related KPIs with continuous performance improvement via new features and continuous analysis/optimization.
2. Reporting of major findings or changes with required follow up/coordination with concerned for action plan and integration.
3. implement new features and tune network parameters to enhance Smart Phones performance towards better customer experience.
4. Optimize the Mobile Network voice & data performance to reach customer satisfaction and the best targeted KPIs.
5. Voice/Data KPIs close monitoring and identifying the worst performers and taking the adequate action.
6. Handle Voice/data customer complaint in a timely manner.
7. Guides and performs New Smart Phones / Software Releases testing in coordination with UAE-LAB.
8. Different Optimization activities
