To ensure and follow all safety standards and procedures Random sampling on production line.Measuring the thickness and follow instructions of material as per work orderReporting details & square meters of glass passed by end of the shift. Ensure edge quality and squareness as per standardHold delivery in case of any non-conforming product Ensure packing quality as per OGC standards.Monitoring rework and ensure glass quality.Calibration of instruments & maintaining it within standardsReport nonconformance to the shift manager and QA in chargeIdentifying any unsafe act, conditions and reporting to concerned.Ensure proper shift handover.Perform all the task assigned by immediate superior or management
