• Increasing the loyal & profitable customer base.
• Conduct technical presentations to consultants,contractors and governmental authorties.
• Using contacts to develop long-term relationships with current and new contractors & consultants.
• Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms & conditions.
• Offering after-sales support services and help solving client problems.
• Adminstering client accounts, and following up collection.
• Meeting regular sales targets in terms of volume sold and profits gained.
• Recording and maintaining client contact data.
• Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs.
• Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
