General Manager Finance

To efficiently manage the working capital and cash flow of

the company by ensuring timely settlement of bank and creditor’s liabilities

through cash flow forecasting, ensuring timely realization of receivables and

prudent use of trade finance and other bank facilities.

To ensure that correct and up to date accounting, revenue

recognition, management accounting, business process and internal control

procedures, documentation and filing system are followed.

To ensure that proper procedures with required internal

controls are in place to avoid frauds and irregularities for all operational

and finance activities.

To ensure that all accounting &MIS entries and

allocations that affects the profit and loss account and receivables are

completed under the debt-wise, monthly mercantile system, the same is verified

& rectified and MIS reports are provided to the superiors within the

timelines

To provide various periodical and ad hoc Reports to

superiors and various Department Heads. Eng. Monthly Flash reports.

To ensure that month closing is carried out.

To finalize accounts and co-ordinate with auditors for the interim

and final audits and ensure that year closing and audits are completed as

per the dates set by CFO.
